How To Set Up Email Autoresponder

Email Auto Responder Setting

This is a short tutorial where you can learn how to set up an email auto responder from your Zebrabuzz dashboard. Simply click on the Messenger Bot menu under the Messenger Tools section of the left-side menu.

Navigate to the Email Auto Responder section and click the Action link. You will see 5 tools: MailChimp integration, Sendinblue integration, ActiveCampaign integration, Mautic integration, and Acelle integration. Clicking each integration tool will redirect you to their corresponding integration account lists.

For every tools’ page, you will be able to add the corresponding account’s API key, API URL, or any other detail required and a tracking name you can remember later.

At the end of this tutorial, you will be able to integrate each of the accounts above.

You will be able to select these accounts as email auto responders in Messenger Bot General Settings, which will help you send automated emails when users signup through a quick reply or postback button.
