This tutorial will teach you how to set up User Input Flow campaigns and Custom Fields. You can find this feature when you click the Messenger Bot menu under the Messenger Tools section of Zebrabuzz. 

Clicking the User Input Flow tool will take you to a page where you can see all the flows created so far. You can create a new flow on the new page.

On this page, you will find a form to create a new user flow campaign. 4You will be able to enter the campaign name, choose the Facebook page you want to create the flow for and access multiple fields on the right.

The fields on the right are divided into two; the Free Keyboard Input field and the Multiple Choice field. Clicking on any field on the right will automatically insert their details in the form builder area.

Whenever you save a response in a custom field, you can use it as a variable in your message reply to the subscriber. You can view all the Variables you have by clicking on the corresponding tag at the top-right corner of the screen.
