This simple tutorial will teach you how to access and use the JSON API Connector feature of Zebrabuzz.

The JSON API Connector is a feature that allows you to connect your bot data with third-party apps. This feature can be found in the Messenger Bot menu under the Messenger Tools section of the dashboard.

Clicking the Action link will take you to a page showing all the JSON API connections created so far. This tutorial will teach you how to filter the search and create a new connection.

You will also learn how to use a number of options waiting for you on the new connection page.

These include WebHook URL, a way that web applications can communicate and allows you to send real-time data from one application to another whenever a given event occurs. You will learn more about the WebHook URL in this tutorial.

At the end of this tutorial, you will be able to create new JSON API connectors, choose the field changes that trigger WebHook and the data you want to send. You can also see the report of the JSON connector, edit the campaign or delete it once you no longer need it.
